"Office staff is very rude and you will never talk to Amy she's always away. If you ever need to use your insurance they will give you the run around and refuse to pay. Small $100 claim denied even though I pay that in one month to them they would rather lose business forever. Also "Chad" is the worst one there completely incompetent Edit: thanks Amy I see you were not in the office for those 8 years. Thanks for finally contacting me"
